If you don’t know who to vote for, I hear Holy Ghost Tent Revival is pretty sexy…

The Josh Phillips Folk Festival is where “it” is at, in my opinion. You can get a good taste of his music at his website http:www.joshphillipsfolk.com and his myspace http://www.myspace.com/joshphillipsfolk
His debut album is incredible, a personal favorite. He is joined by members of Toubab Krewe, Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band, the Asheville Horns, the Trainwreks, Acoustic Syndicate, who else….
and he does a cover of Lionel Richie’s “All Night Long” that is the best cover of any song I have ever heard.
He does a cover of John Hartford’s “Steam Powered Aeroplane” with a reggae feel.
